PSA: people were being rude and treating me as a pariah today for wearing a mask.  Even though the message said I could.  A reminder: You don't know if people have had their vaccine 2 weeks ago and are thus not at full immunity.  You don't know if they're around immunocompromised people or are immunocompromised themselves.  Or maybe they're starting to get a cold so they're actually aiming to protect you.  Or they're worried about the new strains + flu + RSV triple threat coming in.  Or they're socially awkward and like the feeling of less scrutiny.  Or they're women taking the excuse so that men don't tell them they're wearing too much makeup or too little or aren't smiling enough.  (I keep these things in mind, because I've read discussions online.  You obviously haven't.)  If you don't want to wear a mask, that's fine, although I'd hope you're taking other precautions.  Staying up on your exercise + Vitamin C, minimum.  Don't be assholes.

I also think Butcher playing his own characters in City of Heroes and I would've fallen over if I'd ever run across Marcone.  Or Murphy.  Dresden I'd probably just have waved at and left alone.

EDIT: Okay, this is going to be posting a while after.  I think I'd seen him the middle of november 2020 on Reunion.  I might've actually seen Butcher playing Namshiel the other day on Homecoming, and I...legit didn't even react. (I stopped reading about the part he started skeeving on his apprentice even if he wasn't going to do anything because that stuff weirds me out).
