madimpossibledreamer: iron man flying (iron man)
I ran out of time so Prince of Persia is tomorrow.
~Dreamer~

Main Points:
Persona 3 AU
Summary: This is a sketch (in terms of detail, not art) from 2015, not a fic, though there are bits of dialogue.  In fact, it's mostly unconnected bits of dialogue.

Main Points:
Persona 3
Summary: The FeMC and Junpei hang out and take a breather.
Word Count: 590
Rating: Gen
Notes: Due to Junpei sort of point of view, swearing (a little). FeMC, on my playthrough, is named Shiomi Kotone (because as much as I like her and MC being bro & sis, Minako sounds stupid to me. Dunno why. Probably just one of those 'people randomly like some names more than other people do, and dislike names more than other people do'. Hamuko more so, though. So Shiomi it is). Other people (Chidori, Akihiko, Fuuka mainly) mentioned.

madimpossibledreamer: Jiraiya|Yosuke jumping and using a throwing star (early tardis)
I...kind of forgot, going home, that my school laptop is the only one that I've actually set up after switching to Windows 10.  So I've got barely anything on there, and couldn't post anything.  Bummer.
Mild spoilers, possibly, in summary below.
I'm back today, though!  I'm intrigued by how much more dynamic Junpei seems, given the difference between how he acts when he's around the MC as opposed to the FeMC.  When he's around the MC, he's girl-crazy, annoying, won't shut up.  When he's around FeMC, he's somewhat protective, whines about the Leader being a girl (which quickly earns Mitsuru's wrath)...and yet.  He more or less offers to be FeMC's wingman.  He thinks she's cute, but he also takes her seriously, especially when he gets over his jealousy.  In fact, he's more polite and respectful and treats her like an equal than he does for the MC.  It doesn't even feel like his relationship with Chidori is tossed aside in the name of dating sim, and I really, really like that.  It makes Junpei a more well-rounded character, and I really like well-rounded, believable characters, because they make the plot itself more well-rounded and believable.  (I'm also amused by how much the 'blank slate' FeMC turned out to have such a huge personality.)

Main Points: Persona 3
Chapter Summary: Junpei, Wingman.

Word Count: 174
Rating: Gen?  (Two curse words, though.  It is Junpei.)
Note: It is in second person.  Not 100% sure why, except, well, protag.  Also, it makes it easier to not use a name, just in case you put in a different name than I did.

“Akihiko, you had better treat her right.”  Given the tone, it’s fairly easy to misconstrue the words as jealous or something, but Junpei’s actually genuinely concerned about your well-being.

Your senpai sputters, and the response from the boxer is…less than encouraging.  But he’s startled, and he’s not the best with social situations.  “What are you, her brother?”

“Nah,” Junpei states with a fake nonchalance that’s every bit backed up by real steel.  “I’m her wingman, her best friend, and I’m the guy that’s going to kick your ass if you pull any crap with her.  If I even hear you made her cry, I’m definitely coming for you.”  He turns to you and smiles, a genuine smile that is great to see.  Talking to the girl he’s too shy to ask her name is helping a lot, apparently.  “I’m not too worried, given that it’s Akihiko-senpai and all, but still…”

“I’ll give any girl you date the same speech,” you answer with a grin and high-five.  Then you turn to a still-speechless Senpai.  “Ready?”
