in the beginning, it goes something like this:
klavier is haunted.
not by ghosts. you could exorcise those. by memories and thoughts. spinning out of control, he said, and he was right, because when you look back up, when you stop just reacting and existing and catch your breath, you recognize nothing. nothing is the same. nothing is as it was. and you're helpless on this roller coaster ride and can't stop.
you used to love theme parks. they scare you now. everything scares you now, everything's too bright, and you can't even slow down to pick up the pieces.

Yeah, he probably needs therapy, but then, a lot of my favorite characters do. At least I can make it better for him in some of my stories (and worse in others; sorry about that Klavier).
