and this one's from The Archer AU that, uh, hasn't been seen since 2018.  Time is unreal.

         Xander, it turns out, has been thinking about his approach for a long time. Because there’s something almost mechanical about the way he shows them to a graveyard, orders them not to intervene, and waits, bow strung and in hand. Ducky isn’t surprised or worried, which is the thing that keeps the rest of them waiting in quiet. He even almost looks bored as he buries an arrow deep in the chest of the the thing that crawls out of the grave with the exact same ease he’d been using on the targets. Glances at his watch as the thing—he’d swear it was human—dusts. “Faster than I thought. So, uh. With that, a lot of that should be pretty clear. Vampires. They’re not the only things that go bump, either. The ISWC fights them, taking out the ones that mean harm before they can hurt people or keep doing the hurting. There’s more to the story, like the Slayer and the history, but I figure that’s the kind of details you don’t really need, not with where you’re at. I don’t have any proof that something a little not-so-human was involved in the deaths of those Marines but I don’t tend to make bad calls when it comes to this kind of thing.” He pauses, glancing at Tony. “Did I…break your agent?”
         Good catch, really. Gibbs feels a little proud. “He has a phobia of vampires.”
         His son smirks. “That’s sensical. And, honestly, without training, it’s better to do things like avoid taking them on. That’s how people end up dead.” And then he takes a deep breath and looks Gibbs in the eyes. “The battleground might be your realm, but this?” He gestures at the graveyard. “This is my battleground.”
         “How’d you sign up?” Gibbs asks casually, but from the look in his son’s eye, he’d been terribly obvious about it.
         “That’s a longer story, and one we can have somewhere that isn’t here. Or your HQ, because Cait is probably still unhappy about being left out. And no, I don’t know why Willow was so insistent, but I do not argue with pretty witches. Especially when they’re my best friend.”
         “That’s a really good idea,” Abby agrees sweetly, still looking a little upset about the whole ‘vampires are real and not cool’ aspect of the whole show and tell session.
         “I have the sudden need to get very drunk,” Tony announces.
