“Before we continue, I’d like to introduce myself and my associates.” She notices his glare, but continues anyway. That takes some guts. “I am Dorothy Acheron. This is Sawyer,” she indicates the squirrely guy, but that actually catches both Buffy-chan and Giovanna’s attention, so he’d probably been operating in Italy before this, and given the way he straightens up just a little, he’s probably faking the whole ‘I’m a spineless little weasel’ thing, good to know. “Callahan,” a young guy that’s frantically taking notes and for all Jotaro knows might be an intern, “Santiago,” a woman who’s studying them all with just as much watchful thought as Jotaro is, and might be something like a hand-picked successor (well, however that works when apparently the contracts usually don’t let you leave the company, ever), “...and Ahriman.” The last guy kind of looks...above everything, like he’s got a reason for being here but he doesn’t care what happens to everyone else. Given that he shares that with Garmr, and Jotaro’s already fairly certain Garmr’s not human, it’s pretty likely Ahriman isn’t, either. Sure, he might just be misapplying a species identification flow chart, but the similarities are pretty striking.
Kakyoin speaks up, probably having gotten the sense Jotaro doesn’t intend to respond in kind. He doesn’t bother looking away from the painting, though, judging some of the brushstrokes closely. Giving the sense he’s here and paying attention without actually giving them the respect of looking them in the eye. “I apologize; the only business cards I have on me are a little worn.” He doesn’t actually bother to take any out, though. That demonstrates a little more disrespect, but then, if they knew enough to catch that, they’d probably also catch that they’d started it by letting the guests sit in the chairs closest to the door. For whatever reason that was one of the facts that Jotaro’s brain actually did bother to remember, though given that it came from one of Kakyoin’s trivia-sharing discussions helped. “I have the feeling you know our names already, but I’m Noriaki Kakyoin. My friend with the hat is Dr. Jotaro Kujo.” Yare yare daze, like that’s the only way to introduce him. “The others from your left to right are Hol Horse, Koichi Hirose, Yukako Hirose, Dr. Rupert Giles, Dr. Kujo, as mentioned, Buffy Summers, Giorno Giovanna, Willow Rosenberg, Robin Brown, and Captain Beefheart von Stroheim.”
“I wish we could meet under better circumstances,” Acheron states with a smile, and she even sounds pretty sincere about it. Given who they are, though, there probably isn’t a ‘better circumstances’, because they’re not about to just let them just do whatever they want without a word. “We’d like to offer a reward for stopping Wesley’s ambitions and the Siphon’s rampage.” She raises a hand, apparently anticipating the complaints. “This would be given from solely our legitimate earnings, without expectations of further collaboration. We’re aware of the Council’s recent problems and wish to contribute in our own way, and it’s rare enough that you get the thanks for saving the world you deserve. In our case, of course, it’s more a matter of our own self-preservation; it’s highly likely we would have been let go under a change of leadership, and as for the Siphon he hardly cared who he slaughtered. It was mutually beneficial, yes, but we wished to express that we’re aware this is the case.”
Giovanna leans forward, perfectly poised as usual. “And yet you did not reach out on your own. I have little doubt that your agents in Italia would know how to contact my organization.”
He is basically asking them if they’re attempting to bribe Passione the most roundabout and vague way possible. And he might be fishing for it. It’s probably not too uncommon in his line of work.
Jotaro, though, doesn’t need to mince his words. “Are you bribing us not to destroy you?”
Apparently, she’d anticipated that, too. “As you may have noticed, some of our staff have been transferred. I cannot promise no resistance, but many of the regional managers, including myself, have poached personnel and support. I’m even willing to send some resources of my own your way, provided they cannot be traced back to me. However it may appear, no. One of ours secretly undertaking an Ascension ritual, using an artifact to empower those he’s recruited and otherwise plotting against the firm...that is difficult enough, and made no less troublesome to the entire world for the suffering he has inflicted on us. We are truly grateful for the assistance. Wyndam-Price and possibly some of his most trusted subordinates were the only ones who knew about the Arrow artifact or the Stand Project he set up, so its location is lost to us, or I would offer it as well in good faith.”
She takes a deep breath and stares at each of them in turn. “The fact of the matter is...we are concerned he may not be the only one. Several of our employees are not reporting to work and are unreachable by email, phone, or spell. We broke into several of their houses and apartments, but found very little. This is extremely unlikely to be a failsafe after he died. I know you may be inclined to say, ‘what of it?’, and write us off as villains whose lives mean very little, but I suspect it won’t end there.”
She’s about to continue when Jotaro gets a notification he has an email on his phone. That’s probably from Josuke, and he wouldn’t call attention to the fact he’s not here unless it was urgent. Jotaro doesn’t even bother asking for permission to check his phone, just goes and does it. It just consists of ‘oshit’, which is likely something he’s picked up from his dad having hung around him a little longer. Unfortunately. It’s quickly followed by a phone call.
“Jotaro-san, sorry to interrupt.” He’s panting. Running? It sounds like he’s on speakerphone, too, having thrown his phone in his pocket or something to have both hands free. And then a door slamming open. “We have a problem.”

Garmr looks annoyed, but doesn’t interrupt. He’s probably noticed Josuke’s absence, but can’t draw attention to it without appearing rude and for whatever reason that’s a priority at the moment. Good. Bastard deserves to sweat a little, if he even can.
