I was thinking about it
and Jotaro and Dean are kind of similar
They use a hyper masculine, stoic, overviolent manner to hide their real feelings (Dean's worse about hiding them, though if you rewatch/reread SDC you can see it in small moments like Jotaro's hand shaking when they're in the room with his mom). Also sarcastic one-liners and the facade of their favorite fictional characters, including (this is the funny bit) cowboys. The fact that they're big fluffy nerds inside. Jotaro goes on to own the nerd stuff, at least. Hopefully Dean does too. (you know, in alternate canon.)
