madimpossibledreamerlog horizon has actual mechanics and mechanics that were plot and zhuge liang as an mc and people with bad habits that realize they're bad habits and grow as people (jealousy) and lack of judgment (that one transwoman in Souji's guild might look stereotypical but she's not the butt of any jokes and her fellow guildmembers aren't grossed out). now that's my kind of isekai anime.
diversity is done in the background, without drawing attention to it as something "weird", which is the right way to do it. shiroe's zhuge liang, and isn't totally into the machismo thing.
(i've heard there's a sexual assault scene in one of the novels so i'm reluctant to read that.)
the two questionable things: allowing akatsuki to be treated like a doll, and treating one of the two main landers in the anime as less than human. (you could argue it's not in a bad way, but dehumanization particularly of a main cast member as other is never really a good sign)
spoiler alert: I haven't seen series 3 yet so my opinion might change, but the first two are great
