        It’s a little nerve-wracking, waiting around for Redgrave and his people to do their jobs, but despite the ISWC’s issues with interagency cooperation he seemed like he does know how to be professional with his own team.  Leon tries not to look anxious.
        “Guessing you met Redgrave before, boss.”  Landon remarks while they’re waiting.
        “This isn’t the time,” he hisses, and even Redgrave’s agents seem interested.
        “I don’t have the degree, but as long as you tell me you know what you’re doing, I’ll follow your lead.”  Out of his agents, the man’s definitely the most observant, and while it’s impressive, seeing him in the interrogation room, that piercing gaze trained on him specifically is a little unnerving.
        Leon sighs.  “I…”  He wants to say he knows what he’s doing, but he can’t be entirely sure, can he?  He can’t be entirely sure Xander’s the person he’s come to know, that he’s seen the same man now out there on the battlefield.  “The guy I knew before, I trust.  If he is the same guy…”
        He doesn’t want his people questioning his decisions going into battle, but they’ll be able to tell if he’s not honest with them.
        “Understood, sir.”  The agent smiles slightly, and Leon wonders what he sees but is a little too scared to ask anything.  “I hope he lives up to your expectations.”
