As usual, Jotaro had been fairly reticent and hadn’t said much about the blond who saved their lives.  Just that a leader of the Mafia who was somehow related to them (what??) had invited representatives of the Speedwagon Foundation (them) to discuss arrangements between the two organizations (again, what??).  Josuke was only really going along because Koichi had volunteered, again, and Yukako had threatened him, given that she couldn’t go due to the grad school tests (Koichi had probably convinced her that no, she couldn’t blow them off just to come with him) and “if anything happens to him, Higashikata-kun…”  Then again, he’d been meaning to go along anyway.  He trusted Jotaro-san, of course, but Koichi really did deserve to have someone else looking after him.

They arrived in Italy, and according to Koichi, already from getting the taxi it was going better than before.  And then they’d arrived at their hotel, and were walking around somewhere (Jotaro hadn’t explained why they were where they were, either), and they got attacked.
