Warming the Ice

Hope everyone that celebrates the holidays has good ones, and for the rest, that you've had a great day!

If you're wanting a strictly happy story, I'd recommend checking out previous years.  I started writing this a few weeks back and it definitely went some unexpectedly melancholy but ultimately fluffyish directions.
