Question For the Readers (Warnings and Viewer Discretion)

Okay, so this is a question for anyone with possible triggers/may be reading at work.  What is most helpful for you?

So far, I've been using the warning tag + pre-cut text to warn of things you might want to use your own discretion as to whether or not you want to read.  Would the age restriction thing provided by dreamwidth be more useful?  Should I use both?
