We're Going Shadow-Hunting
Aug. 14th, 2014 09:10 pm>You got much further in playing than in writing about your playthrough. Your embarrassment has increased!
(Some of these things might be in Souji-first person, since I'm playing in first person.)
Souji found Daidara's assistant in the Practice Building. And he geeks out about the weapons he can trade for and everyone else, especially Yosuke and Chie, is just staring at him like 'why are you so excited about using a cleaning mop in battle, isn't that not very effective' even though they have the same stats. It's pretty much the face that everyone makes as Yukiko and Souji enjoy the gag glasses.
When the teachers call on the others, Souji surreptitiously looks it up on his phone, rather than let his friends down. When it's just him, he doesn't care if he gets it wrong.
The Girl in Glasses poses every time I come to talk to her. Her Jojo's game is strong.
Teddie kept getting excited and giggling when the Happiness Hands kept escaping. Luckily, Yosuke hit him for me later.
Also, Nanako was being adorable, which could cheer anybody up.
Souji has a book on gags. (I would assume it might be where he learned a bit of the magic tricks.)
The Shiroku Store Owner told me "Did you want to sell items? I'm sorry, but we don't do that here. Try Daidara's down the road." I'm pretty sure she's a telepath, now, because that's exactly what I was thinking when I walked in to the place (thought I could sell some of the non-material things that I probably wouldn't use).
Someone, I don't remember now, Yosuke maybe?, asked whether it was bad to be worried about Nanako-chan, and I replied that it was never bad to be worried about Nanako-chan.
Yukiko likes ghost stories. Chie definitely doesn't.
"I dunno, what if something happens and we're the only ones there?" ...You'll also be less suspicious, you know...
YUKIKO DON'T BE INTIMIDATED I'M AN AWKWARD DORKY KITTY I SWEAR REALLY IT'S FINE TO TALK TO ME
>"This is the announcement room. You don't have anything to announce." And the environment continues to think I'm a moron.
Daisuke and Souji, on the soccer team, are the ones that didn't have hearts (i.e. weren't interested) in Ai.
Souji's broke, but he hangs out with Nanako instead of working.
Yukiko's a table tennis fiend.
Relating to that one fanfic where everyone's burning up in the sauna-we really are wearing our winter clothes.
Yosuke offered to use his special move. The Wealth Hand had already gotten away once. So then he critted and killed that and the add. I was really happy with him. (Yosuke tends to either do really well or really poorly. He'll either be critting left and right or falling on his butt a lot.)
He'll eat grass, but a lonely ham disturbs him?
Ms. Sofue is the sister of the samurai teacher from Persona 3.
To shy student: "You are adorable...and on that note let's go save Kanji."
I wasn't actually aware this was possible. I was walking down the hallway, and ran into the class rep, who was walking in the other direction and even running as fast as I possibly could, he kept pushing me back up the hallway. So I guess he's pushy.
I'm honestly wondering if "You're a big guy, you can take it" is Yosuke's philosophy on Kanji. He's curious, he's a little homophobic, and he thinks Kanji's stronger than any words he can throw at him.
I'm still probably going to slap him for some of his behavior later.
Since this is getting huge, I'll probably save more of notes I've taken for later. (I'm nearly to the end of summer vacation in both RL and in-game, yikes)
