where I'm vague as always when talking about RL
...Okay, yeah, I'm actually somewhat panicking. My gamer group pounded on the big threatening red button that you should never ever ever press so hard that I think it's stuck on 'crisis' mode, so we may be in the middle of self-immolation. It doesn't help that I've absolutely stopped getting any positive emails from anything else. Just some vast, eerie and potentially sinister silence. It's quiet...maybe too quiet. So I have nothing positive, other than fun writing and fandoms and whatnot, to focus on. It's enough for me, but...(I'm not sure what prompted the radio silence, but...Okay, yeah, it's starting to freak me out.)
That, along with drama at my work and volunteering. Just what is going on???
I mean, I'm glad this didn't happen earlier, when I was less confident/tended toward depression on occasion. I'm strong enough to deal with this now, even though I'm somewhat terrified for the eventual blow-up when we play tomorrow. But seriously, what's up, world?
