Buffy/Devil May Cry/Resident Evil/Background NCIS Crossover (Hold My Heart)
Chapter Summary: faster to read
Word Count: 145
Rating: Teen
“Hey, honey?” Xander isn’t looking so good. Maybe they should get off the highway. Leon starts keeping an eye out for the nearest exit.
“It’s stupid,” his boyfriend complains. “I, uh. I freak on highways. I know, I’d survive even if we get in, like, a ninety-mile-per-hour crash, but you wouldn’t, and.”
He leans into the hug. There’s no hesitation this time, which is nice.
“Well, you read about Oxnard, right?”
“I’m kind of sad I missed the stripping,” Leon teases, grinning as the embarrassment gets Xander’s mind off the panic.
“I’m fine driving around town. I even like going fast on the bike, because it feels like I have more control.” He looks a little miserable, still. “I didn’t want to mess up this date. You were all excited.”
Leon shrugs. “I’ve never gone on back roads so much before. Let’s have an adventure.”
