Snippet of Life
Feb. 14th, 2016 11:50 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
Main Points:
Shadowed Suspicion, universe optional
Summary: Fitz and Xander wanted another go around on the ship train. (Actually, they kind of had two. But that's for tomorrow.) Just being silly and domestic, really.
Word Count: 320
Rating: Teen (for general flirting)
Note: spoilers for Jojo's real name
Xander looks tense, and Fitz leans forward. He might not be able to do everything, but he can help with this, and soon he’s massaging those broad shoulders.
His boyfriend makes a low noise that might be a moan and relaxes bonelessly into it, and Speedwagon hides a smile at the trust that shows. It’s almost painful to stop, but he knows he has to do that eventually, so he does so, running his hand over the star on the junction between shoulder and neck as he moves away. That earns what might be a sigh, and he feels a different kind of satisfaction. “So, the birthmark is sensitive, huh? I wonder what would happen if I used my mouth and not just my hands.”
Jojo shakes himself out of it with a visible effort. “No. Don’t.”
“You insist, do you, Johan?” Fitz places himself by his boyfriend’s ear, allowing himself a smirk at the way Xander’s eyes dilate slightly at the proximity.
Jojo backs up very, very quickly until he hits a desk. He blushes instantly at the pain and embarrassment, but forgets on. “Y-yes. I insist. Strongly insist. Call me Insistoman.” He makes a face as the words leave his mouth. “No, don’t do that, actually. It sounds terrible. The point still applies.”
Fitz smiles fondly and shakes his head. “Well, all right. Now, you were trying to help organize the Foundation’s files, correct? Can I help?”
Brown eyes light up and a goofy smile appears as Johan sits again, explaining with enthusiasm and gesturing wildly, and Fitz sits, reaching out and entwining their hands, and it’s apparently natural enough Xander doesn’t even notice.
It’s not a bad organization system, surprisingly enough for an adult (age-wise, anyway) who barely reads, but he has a few suggestions to make, and if he enjoys working with the one he loves on a project like this, well, who can blame him.
