madimpossibledreamerthis doesn't make it any better, but--kuwana's goals might be partially explained by the fact that you can sue anybody for libel or slander in Japan EVEN IF IT'S TRUE, so...that might have made him consider non-legal means to get around this. ((also he was just unhinged to begin with))
