The cops are probably on their way.  Robin doesn’t know exactly how the Stand battle went, but there’s probably at least one enemy still alive, because that song definitely doesn’t sound like even Darling, and none of their Stands have anything to do with nursery rhymes.  It’s tempting to rush in and try to play the hero, but that’s a pretty good recipe for maybe getting killed, quickly.  Stand Battles are battles of knowledge, so dashing in without any information is dangerous.
If it’s horror movie or anxiety related or anything like that, then it’s pretty handy Robin happens to have a magic breathing martial art style under his belt.  He wasn’t kidding to Fitz, though.  Hand-to-hand is definitely not his thing.  He’s rusty.
So he needs to proceed with cautious urgency.  Usually, the first order of business would be to get to higher ground.  He’s called the spotter for a reason, after all.  In this hallway, though, there’s no such thing as higher ground.  So, ironically, he has to act like the cops will be doing when they arrive—moving slowly, weapon in hand (though his will be his bow and arrow, rather than a truncheon or whatever the equivalent of SWAT in the UK is armed with), scoping out rooms and deciding they’re clear before moving on to the next room.  Moving silently, controlling and slowing his breathing, awareness and movement precisely matching his breathing.  He only finds a few dark rooms, visible only in the light peeking in from the windows, some with tables that might be meeting rooms, others with pictures on the wall he can’t make out and sofas, before the singing stops abruptly.
“What’s that, Miss Murder?  Someone else is here?”  It’s a little girl’s voice.  Okay, intentional or not, this is definitely horror movie potential.  He goes completely still, slowing down his breathing even further, straining his ears to hear anything.  Presumably, that’s the name of the Stand.  Now, if he can only make out something, anything about the Stand that might give him a clue…
A giggle.  “What’s this, hide and seek?  Does this make me ‘it’?”  They really could have used this kid for the stage productions, Robin thinks, slightly hysterically, but at least it’s not affecting his breathing at all.  She could pull off an entire horror show almost by herself.  Fortunately, Stand Users aren’t immune to hamon.  It’s basically like bringing a taser to a game of chess.  As long as they don’t see it coming and don’t have time to deploy a queen in response, you’ve got a game on lockdown.  Maybe not the one they thought they were playing, but, well, it’s not like Robin can or wants to play that game, anyway.
“Well, why not?”  The voice gets louder, and a door closes.  She’s come out to the hallway, it seems.  “Of course, I don’t mean to play with you, Mister.  Miss Murder says you’re one of the good grown-ups, so we won’t hurt you.”
Robin doesn’t dare move, just in case this is a trap.  At least with his hoodie he at least partially blends into the darkness.
When she speaks next, she sounds awfully close, like she’s stopped a doorway away.  “Ahh, you’re so cynical, but then, you have to be, don’t you?  The world is full of bad people.  People who lie all the time.  I’m not one of them, but you don’t know me.  Good people have to be so careful, with all the bad people around.  Once they’re sure of each other, though, good people should stick together.  That way, they can protect each other from the bad people.”
He hasn’t had to shoot at children, really, but he’s read the files.  Kid or not, sometimes they’re the most dangerous Stand Users.  Just take that one baby.  He can’t hesitate.
“Darling has sins from the past.  Sins that have come back to haunt her.  Most people when confronted with their sins long for death, to wipe the slate clean.  It’s silly.  Like dying changes whether they were good or bad people.  It’s even harder, for those who spend a lot of time thinking about their sins, or death.  But she’s strong, and this could be part of her conviction, too, the traits of being good that draw other people to her.  I’m not supposed to spend too long here, anyway.  Big Sis would be mad at me if I took too long.  The tea party was already longer than planned.”
So either she has other ‘bad people’ she’s planning on killing, she has a good idea of when the cops are going to show up, or all three.
“Places can have sins from the past.  This place had a company that didn’t care.  They noticed something was wrong, but didn’t do anything about it, and then people died, and they never paid.  They escaped their sins.  The other people died from drowning, being buried under a wall.  The walls might be new, but the ground remembers.  Will they escape the sins, or will the past swallow them?”  She’s still very casually talking about killing other people with her Stand.  Casually, as quiet as he manage, he starts to bring the arrow up to the bow.
“I’ll watch with interest.  Don’t let me down, please.  Murr!  Time to go.”
Movement, from the other end of the room.  He watches, frozen, as a rabbit with three red eyes emerges from behind the couch.  It twitches its nose dismissively at him, and it’s easy enough to make out that its demeanor is all wrong for a prey animal.  Rather, the amused way it eyes him suggests that it wasn’t hiding from him because it was scared, but rather—it was trying not to scare him?  It might be an easy enough target, but he’s fairly certain he doesn’t know how to not land a killing blow to a rabbit, small as it is.  It looks entirely unconcerned about the possibility of being shot, though, and if he was a betting man he’d bet that this bunny is, in fact, dynamite.  It, in fact, yawns at him.  At least its teeth look normal.
It makes its way to the door, ignoring him following the movement with the bow.  Aggressively, it bumps its head against the door, which opens slowly—hang on, is it ‘replaying’ his cautious opening of the door from a few minutes ago?  So it’s not just ‘sins’ it can bring back from the past.
A girl’s head pokes in.  “I look forward to seeing what you do!”  She picks up the rabbit and skips away.
