so. kids. and not-kid beings.  wait for the police if you get in an accident, even if it's just a little tap.  you'll save yourself five or six exhausting hours of digging up all of your paperwork and all the teeth pulling that you shouldn't be doing if you're not a dentist calling the guy back to get all of the relevant info about him, plus ongoing worries about him filing a claim against you (not likely, given how mini it was and how he sounded like he had no desire to call the police or involve insurance, but still a distant possibility).  my soul is in need of some healing after that and i probably have the zombie eyes.
