(from the grave abbachio’s just screaming at mista that he’s an idiot because he’s interested in giorno or that mista is oblivious and missing obvious signs, who knows)Giorno's definitely jealous, but he's also very willing to let Mista go elsewhere and be happy even if it kills him.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Summary: Giorno has a question for Mista as they drive to the zoo.
Word Count: 370
Spoilers for the end of Vento Aureo/Golden Wind. Like canon, ambiguously shippy (mostly because Mista still has no idea he's actually in love with Giorno. he's a bit oblivious that way)
Occurs after Sparkly.
Giorno starts up a conversation with Mista as he drives. “Have you been to a zoo before, Mista?” He’s being…strangely careful as he drives. It’s honestly kind of terrifying because it’s so out of character.
“I have, once. One of the women I dated wanted to go, so I took her,” Mista explains, feeling oddly embarrassed, and he shifts uncomfortably in his seat as piercing blue eyes turned in his direction.
“Oh, that’s true,” Giorno muses, suddenly very polite but unnervingly distant. “You have a lot of stories about women you dated, but none of those are recent. If you need more time for such things, you should merely ask.”
Giorno’s making things even more awkward, and Mista breathes in deeply, suddenly with the feeling he’s treading on dangerous ground and doesn’t even realize it. “It’s not like any of that was really serious,” he begins, and instantly the frozen atmosphere relaxes. Maybe the danger’s all in his head. And then he realizes that he hasn’t asked out any of the pretty faces he’s interested in that he’s seen, even though that’s pretty much what he does. It’s weird. There must be a reason, but he’ll try to figure that out later. “I’m happy where I am, Boss. I’ll tell you if there’s something wrong.”
Giorno relaxes, too, and that’s when he realizes that his friend is worried about Mista sacrificing things all in service of Giovanna’s goals. He doesn’t get that when Mista pledged everything in service of Giorno Giovanna in front of all the other capos, he had meant every word. “Look, when something’s bothering me, I say something. I don’t keep it all inside.”
That’s the hint of an amused smile on that fair face. He decides it’s a perfect time to tease again. “Unlike some people,” he continues, and Giorno coughs, surprised. He tends to do that when he’s trying to hide the fact that he’s laughing.
“Perhaps you’re right, but you also don’t worry about things you don’t realize,” he points out, and Mista frowns.
“Yeah, ‘cause there’s no way for me to worry about things I don’t know,” he responds, and Giorno returns to driving, but he seems a little more relaxed than before.
