Goddess, I really wish I could play DMC5...staying spoiler-free has never been so hard.
I did some research on when Xander's birthday might be for the zodiac thing and pretty much the entire internet is really not sure, so I just went with the one that sounded the most accurate.

Purple - Is there magic in your world? if so, describe how it works.
Oh boy.  Well.  There’s inherent magic, the kind demons, devils, other non-humans, and of course, half-breeds like me can use.  For the most part, we don’t consciously think about it.  We just use it based on the situation.  It’s as natural as, say, walking (for anybody who’s not crippled or has a condition).  There’s thought-and-word magic, the kind Willow uses.  That requires study.  I’m glad I don’t have that kind, because even with the added Pashran boost, I’m still not the kind of person to study.  It’s more dangerous, because it’s a force outside yourself, and you never know when you’re overextending yourself or meddling in things you shouldn’t.  Giles is actually teaching her, which is something, and she’s got us to keep her in line, but still.  I worry about her.
From what I can tell, that type has different ingredients and people you call upon (particularly for stronger spells).

Violet - What is your ideal date?
I’m pretty easy to please.  Or just easy.  I’ll eat a lot of different things; I honestly don’t care if it’s a good movie, though while I used to like ‘chick flicks’ lately they’ll occasionally bother me these days (particularly stalking).  I’d love to play games or watch stuff at home, too.

Lilac - How would someone win you over?
Don’t be too persistent, for one thing.  I’m cool with romantic gestures, but go slow; respect my boundaries.  A sense of humor, particularly about yourself, geeky knowledge, understanding and patience.  Being able to fight alongside me is definitely a plus, or at least—don’t be afraid of me, or judge me for my powers.  Be your genuine self, and let me be my genuine self as well.  Be ready to not be serious about anything even remotely serious 99% of the time.
It occurs to me now that this might be a platonic question.  In which case, all of it applies but the one about romantic gestures.

Lavender - what is a smell you really like? 
Fresh cookies.  Buffy’s joked around about how that’s how she summons me.  (Awkwardly, it’s kind of true, though.  Every time I’ve been out, and she’s started making cookies, I’ll just get back right around the time she finishes.)

Royal - How do politics work in your world?
I don’t pay attention to that at all.  I think Willow actually still votes.  Giles might, too.  I’m technically dead, or at least missing, and so is Buffy.

Eggplant - What’s the weirdest thing you’ve eaten?
I actually tried a scorpion once, which didn’t taste that bad.  Which, you know, the fact that I can say that still creeps me the hell out, so I try not to think about it, really.  Thanks for bringing it up.  (I’m hoping a giant scorpion doesn’t come back for revenge, but knowing my luck, I’ll have to fight one.)

Amethyst- What is your aesthetic?
Leather, geek, and devil arms.

Mauve - What makes you feel nostalgic? 
Games from when I was a kid.  Willow, sometimes.  Cemeteries.  Cereal.  Saturday morning cartoons.

Magenta - What is your Zodiac sign? 
Sagittarius.  Hmm.  According to the internet: generous, check, great sense of humor, I like to think so, promises too much…hate to say maybe, impatient, sometimes, lacking in tact…I try my best, okay?  Freedom, absolutely.  Likes traveling, yeah, totally, but it gets complicated.  Being constrained…this might be TMI, but I do enjoy being held—gently, so I can break free if necessary.  So actually being chained or whatever is an absolute dislike, yeah.  Details…depends on if I think they’re important or not.  If they don’t seem relevant, I don’t pay any attention.  Curious and energetic.  …That’s kind of on the head.  And…for family, you’re loyal and would do anything…okay, yeah.  The universe will provide everyth—

Careless and overconfident.  You’ve watched me fight, huh?

Stubborn.  Yep.
Open-hearted, and understanding of other people.
Issues doing things in a group—hey, I’m getting better about that!
They can’t seem to agree on whether I’m an extrovert or introvert, but sometimes I’ve got no idea, so I can’t fault them for that one.
Loves: dares, flirting, pets, laughter, karaoke, books, stories… (well, especially if the latter is a TV show, yeaaaaah)  Does Imi count as a pet?  And/or my other Devil Arms?
Hates: Prejudice (especially anti-all-not-human), routines (I don’t usually have any, other than specific shows I can’t miss), rules, being bored, taking things too seriously (people have to lighten up), “you can’t”…yep, that’s me.
…Oh, right.  These are Willow-chosen websites.  Of course they’d get it right.
That, or we’re trained to look for connections, and we see something that looks familiar, and we go ‘that’s so right’ and miss everything that they get wrong.  Or maybe that’s the ‘philosopher’ in me, like the websites say.
(Or maybe I’m just messing around.  I don’t know.  It’s hard to say in my position.  There isn’t coincidence very often in our line of work, but.  It does happen.)
