also this is wild because I legit had been considering writing a spinoff(?) of Slayers’ Mad Whelp with him ending up in Sunshine with amnesia so the parallels are fascinating

bleach brave souls just rendered all steam accounts that aren't connected through Klab ID irrecoverable by players and who knows if customer support will be able to fix it, well done (tbf some of this was Unity's fault too, since the update was a security thing)
Update: follow Klab's instructions to reset, but be warned this will require an account re-link or for you to contact customer support to get your account back.  If you're getting the verification failed error, it seems to be an issue with it connecting to an internal port (at least for me) and was consistent with both times I tried to do this.  Doing so with safe mode with networking worked for some people; for me I just left the program open + the browser where I was logged into my Klab ID, and it just worked eventually (when the port wasn't busy, I assume)
