Ohh ow this hurts
So I was thinking about ‘normal’ abuse things after thinking about Rukh, because he’s obviously learned that noise is dangerous, and went ‘oh no, that could definitely be a thing with Desmond too’.
Because with an Assassin born into the fold, you’d want them to learn to be silent until it was second nature, right? And Bill being Bill, the way this would be implemented would be through punishment. So a kid gets too loud because they’re excited? Punished. Cry because you’re hurt? Punished. Accidentally step on the noisy floorboard in the morning because you’re tired? Punished.
