also there is no emotioning wrong, there is only reacting to your emotions wrong (for instance you shouldn't actually act on your anger in many situations particularly if that involves assault) and don't let anyone tell you you're doing grief wrong or shouldn't feel a certain way because you can't help it and that's called invalidation
