okay, that went about as expected.  though we did nearly get trapped due to road closures and had to go 7 hours out of our way to get home, so that was...not of the good.
anyway i've been up for about 18 hours now so imma crash if that's all right with you
oh, one good thing though: got to read the Amber books finally and they're good.  so one upside.
