Panzermensch (Stands So Far Series)

We’ve received reports that UFOs are real.  While we’re aware that aliens (possibly) exist (see: Minataka), this is to be investigated further when stupid lawyers and their security forces aren’t threatening to kill us.  It is likely that Stand Users could be extremely helpful in case of alien invasion, but there are still unanswered questions about the meteorites and Stand Arrows.  (Maybe the sentience of the Arrows indicates the presence of an alien consciousness??)  We can speculate all we like, between this and some records given to us by a Riley Finn on the operations of the defunct Initiative, but as we all know, there’s nothing like fieldwork.

Also, I’m instituting a “please play videogames” policy because I’m sick of the prank war that you’ve all started and want you to be otherwise occupied.  Go nuts in a digital form, please.

            Cyborg, has some similarities to Von Stroheim.  It can only create equipment circa WWII.  A few small items can be made at the same time.  We haven’t seen the limit, but it might be five. For larger things Panzermensch turns into a green outline which solidifies into the transportation.  It is a heavy strain to do this without a starting material (for the tank, a car, for a sub a boat).  The outline builds itself around the starting material and changes the interior.  It costs effort to a) make large objects b) maintain large objects and/or c) make a lot of things in quick succession.
