No Longer Alone

So I actually really enjoyed York as a character and it reminded me of this.  I don't remember exactly what's going on with this AU, actually.  I'm 90% certain Alex isn't actually based on Spike, but on Constantine (which Spike and Cas are probably based on, so there's that?) but its been long enough I don't even remember.
The promise is slightly based on York|Zach's.
