A lot of the episodes are missing the symbolism, plus I don’t find the characters as compelling.  Picard’s growing into his role, at least, thank goodness.

Headcanon from that remark: Bones cured the common cold.

I think a big part of it is that we just see people failing over and over again on this ship.  They don’t seem competent.

You’re going to have him destroy it and any evidence.  That’s messed up.

That’s an honorable Ferengi.

Everybody on this ship is always like “nope, not gonna listen to IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELEVANT TO THE SITUATION AT HAND”.  Everything would get fixed 20 minutes earlier if not for that.
