Wish me good luck on my test tomorrow!  Also, this is me.  Except for the part where I get to open that many packs.  I'm not that lucky.  I've taken to listening to pack openings, just for that crinkling, hard to describe sound.  It's very relaxing in high-stress situations (and, well, all the time!)

Yugi enjoys opening booster packs.  The sound of opening the pack is one that has the power to instantly calm him or make his day better, and there’s always the excitement of never knowing what you’re going to get inside.  In the Kame Game shop, they tend to display individual cards, so whenever they get new shipments, Yugi gets to open all the packs, except the few boosters that they specifically save for people to buy.  He doesn’t get to keep them, for the most part, but he doesn’t mind that much.  It’s cool, to see all of the cards, to think about the deck he’d make with each of them, to stare at the artwork and effects and feel the physical sensation of having those cards in his hands.  He could remember what’s in each set, memorize all the card lists, but it’s an adventure, stepping out there into the unknown with no idea of what’s going to happen.
