“Can you not tell Wright about this?” Edgeworth asks quietly after he comes out, insisting he had to look more presentable.  It’s a meek request, not a command.  Weird.  At least Larry didn’t keep much of anything in the bathroom, so it’s not like Edgeworth could get away with anything of the nature of that stupid letter.  Hopefully.
               “No,” Larry states firmly.  “I called when we first got here, and I don’t care what’s going on with you, you’re not going to let him think you’re dead.  You can have your talk and disappear to Europe or whatever if you want, but if he thought you were dead, it’d break him.”
               Edgeworth looks to the side, but he doesn’t argue as he might have done.
