Always work as a team.

                Sometimes, it would’ve been nice if he’d met Gibbs earlier.  Some of the rules would’ve been damn good to know ages and ages ago.  Like Number Fifteen, for instance.  The Scoobies always had issues working together.  Sometimes the stupidest things drove them apart.  And maybe, maybe they would’ve escaped so much hardship, so much pain, if they’d kept that Rule in mind.  They would’ve broken the rule, before, at some point.  They were teenagers, after all.  But he likes to think it would’ve helped.  Him, especially.  He tried to act for the good of them all, or so he thought, but sometimes he’d been stupid and selfish and he likes to think Gibbs would’ve been good for him.

                But in the end, there’s no good wishing for things to be different.  Either nothing will change, or some demon will grant his wish and that never goes well.  So, instead, he tries to be the best person he can be today.
