The Gift Part I

Just a fun, fluffy fic along the lines of Storm King and Mr. Maturity, I said.  Inspired by my first bike ride in a while a couple weeks ago.  (Well, that part's actually true.)  Short, to the point, I said.
What is this monstrosity that appeared?  (It's not actually very monstrous, except in terms of length.  I couldn't find a decent cutting place before where I did.)
There's a lot of tie-ins to other stories in the Unbreakable Ties series (nothing that requires having read that, just references).  There's Souji and Yosuke being adorable, and Chie being a great friend and still dealing with the events of Enemy Within.
I also made a weird connection between riding a bike and Garu skills, but I don't know if that only makes sense in my own head.
