        “You realize these aren’t our bodies,” Yashiki mentions cautiously, watching Mashita approach.
        “You think,” the detective snarls, “...I care?” He crowds Yashiki against the wall and apparently decides the easiest way to prevent any further protest is to muffle any future attempts with a kiss.
        It was probably foolish to assume that Mashita would care, even if he should, but the kiss feels nice and Yashiki had forgotten teenage hormones. Fortunately, the (surprisingly friendly) teenage ghost behind him is more than happy to lecture instead.
