cable companies in the us are messed up

So I'm going to try to prewrite here because I already accidentally erased it twice because my hands are not suited to writing on phone. We've been trying to get our internet provider swapped. They scheduled themselves for a time when the homeowners wouldn't be home, didn't listen to us, and cut internet, phone, and possibly sprinkler lines. Normally I would feel bad about stiffing them with the bill but they're the assholes that screwed everything up so it's only fair. They couldn't be bothered to do it right & it does feel malicious because the homeowners wanted to keep both internet lines for resale value & it feels like they were like 'nope we're forcing you to not'. Our work from home roommate can't work, I obviously have issues writing let alone anything else from phone, might miss the end of the onmyoji event entirely, & be severely behind on the lotro one, & can't get in contact with much of anyone. Also, I don't have unlimited data, either. So, I'll try to post something small from my phone but just wanted to give y'all a heads up. (Also amused that if I type ya the first thing that shows up is yakuza)
