Detail to story and evidence are important matters when storytelling.Mighty_Omperer:
I can’t give you a screenshot of the character because I wasn’t there, but her’e s the picture of the email I got and tried to look up on the internetTriste:

Calm down, we’re just trying to get the story as you tell it.Mighty_Omperer:
it’s not a story!Idachi:
Well, it’s true that OP is not Aon, so that should lend some credibility to an otherwise badly told taleKasamatsu:
Have you heard anything from this friend lately?Ouste:
Of course they’re not saying anything. They’re playing a game. once the joke’s no longer funny they’ll send something
Mighty_Omperer:
Nope, no response. I keep bugging them. I even went to their house but nobody would come to the door.

Ahini:
the media likes scary things though! So exaggerating is a thing that happens

I’m paraphrasing what I wrote in my blog. I went into a lot bigger detail there.
The world is not actually how we think it is. Wait…that’s actually the exact opposite of the truth.
The world is exactly how we think it is. We’ve already seen the Observer phenomenon determine the locations of various electrons orbiting neutrons/protons. To a somewhat discernable extent, we have also determined the extent other thought patterns can have on objects/living things (mainly, plants).
But what if a mind, through quantum physics, could cause different entanglements? Specifically, instead of being entangled with your body with a million cells, player perception and identification with one’s character could cause entanglement with the character body instead.
Energy and matter are to some extent interchangeable. Electricity and specifically data on an electronic computer is merely one form of energy. Thus, a character body is a perfectly acceptable alternative to a physical body.
At least, long enough for the change to occur. After, the same might not be true.

With the whole ‘gold farmer’ warnings, I wouldn’t be entirely surprised if hackers trying to stock up on yen and items took over the characters of people who’ve gone into comas. They’d be able to read up on everything in their lives to be able to pretend to be them so that they won’t be turned in. it’s actually a pretty good scam
Nyt:
Y’know that makes sense to me
Instant^_^sunglasses:
I’ve heard if you’re in contact with a CP, you end up going into a coma too.
Roth’nyo:
It’s contagious?!?
