People who hate inscryption after the first act: but lonely wizbot though
“Do you have an angry blue sister?”
        “Huh?”
        “Never mind.”
( panic and relief )
( Part 2 )
It’s not a lot, but it’s really nice that Duolingo does this thing where it can have a guy talking about his husband or a woman talking about her wife.  (aaaaand of course bigots are whining about it)
(and it's not enough to overcome the weird AI fetish or the energy update)
( Chapter 397: All That I Dream )
More revelations! Like the ending of an AC game, we’re wandering into the territory of lots of heavy revelations. I’m trying to spread them out, but given everything going on, that’s a little difficult. (Actually, given where this chapter went, this is actually...mild in comparison? IDK, just make sure to be strapped in for the remainder of the ride. And this isn’t even everything—there are some pretty juicy revelations for future parts that I can’t wait to get to, but I’m obviously not cramming all of those in here too.)
(I wandered through Wendigo Central 5+ times without paying attention and avoided the traps every single time, so.)
another thing a reader called that I didn’t want to just say straight out in that exact chapter—yep, Kyra855, those were in fact Huginn & Muninn, but they didn’t exactly introduce themselves then. (Technically, to Desmond, they still don’t, because it’s not like he knows the mythology, but he’s also got others more knowledgeable with him. Whether you use two or one n is up to you spelling-wise, but I’m just following the one used in TSW.)
Given that they’re using the Wabanaki, the TSW writers should probably have been using the Giwakwa/Giwakweska rather than the Wendigo. Similar concept—getting possessed after a crime like cannibalism (or, interestingly, letting someone else starve rather than share your food, which is still tied to greed/gluttony, I think), and having your heart turn into ice.
Again, things were supposed to go slightly differently, but then Desmond had to have an Isu-crisis again. To be fair, the Isu suck.

Summary: Pursuing the lead from the ravens, Desmond has a revelation (and is the subject of one).( break in the facade )
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is the story of an extremely toxic workplace that allows rampant bullying and only realizes at the end that ‘oh yeah DEI hires could be useful could you save the business’. But there’s no redemption. The bullies aren’t fired. They just pretend that they were on Rudolph’s side the whole time. Rudolph should not continue working at the North Pole.

“Slayer here. You reading me, Paladin?”
        “Yep, loud and clear.”
        “Okay, report in, what’s up?”
“Well, we were actually wondering if you could have a speech for the folks here at our little shindig.”
“You’re having a party without me?
        “We’ll bring you cake.”
“Forgiven. As long as it’s a small cake all for me.”
“That line there about making the world a better place? It’s not just some fancy slogan; I do believe that. Maybe it’s naive and unattainable, but just ‘cause we can’t make it perfect doesn’t mean we shouldn’t improve. It doesn’t cheapen our efforts. It doesn’t erase the good we’ve done.”
>slightly DMC hack and slash gameplay
 >remembers that “wait we were memeing a few years ago that the RGG summit announced everything including DMC6”
 >wait...
The Sasquatch do have you retrieve weapons and stuff for them, but they don’t do anything with the stuff you get them...which honestly might have just been something that they decided not to render.
Oosbeck was almost right about Alice’s place in the Dragon hierarchy, but I didn’t want to just come out and say it.
Main Points: Assassin's Creed/The Secret World
Summary: They help out the Sasquatch and Desmond gets hit with a couple revelations.( breaking through the fog )
I also get the feeling they’re wanting to put in American celebrities because they’ve already been doing it the whole series with Japanese celebrities, we just generally don’t notice because we don’t know them.
He adapts the Exoskel to a Containment Cylinder for villain capture, or Concyl, because everything has to have a catchy name. (Or so he says. Kris suspects he gets a kick out of making people trying to pronounce made-up words.)
“Dear, the science is broken again.”
        “Did you try gently vortexing?”
“Why didn’t I think of that?”
“That’s why you have me here to troubleshoot.”
