There's a lot of ruins on the planet and overall it has a spooky, atmospheric feel. Its people, the Dawoathki, have applied to become a part of the Federation.
(this was so fun to make, especially since I was sick. done through GIMP with the help of a couple tutorials. I might have the density of the stars too high, but I couldn't get it to fix itself)
