I don’t think I’ve ever seen the legend of Resurrection Joe, and really like the line “Joe refused every point of etiquette and rule. Including dying.”
A lot of these Desmond probably didn’t find, or if he did it just reinforced stuff he knew already, so he didn’t react. Others he might get on a revisit (other than most of the Filth entries, because John’s a little pushy.)

Spike watched as the two people he loved trailed back, weapons dripping with ichor and arguing amiably about something. At first, he’d been pissed off that the Slayer had insisted she go alone with his Blade—when he wasn’t around to argue with that order. But Red and Glinda had taken him aside and insisted Buffy really was trying, now, and distracted him with cookies.
Now, he hated to admit it, but the witches had been right. There was an ease there, in the way Buffy carried herself and in Blade’s stride, that hadn’t been there before, and a connection between the two of them.
“That quip back there before the mausoleum was worth at least three and a half points,” Buffy insisted. They’d gotten close enough he could hear, and his grin widened as he crushed the cigarette underfoot.
“Yeah, well, that backflip-stakeage? Easily five points.” Blade, grinning like a loon and talking like one too.
“Yeah, well, I had gymnastics. Unfair advantage,” the Slayer decided.
Spike sauntered out from under the tree, smirking at the two. “Y’know, you two, if you wanted a referee, all you had to do was ask.” Buffy smiled, freer than she had in weeks, and Blade grinned cheekily back. “Who won?”
Without hesitation, the two pointed at each other. At first, Spike was taken aback, but then he began to laugh, and pretty soon the two joined in.

this is kind of post Echoes of Our Hearts, but. As with everything else, it's unfinished, so it's more of a vignette? probably set season 5 or 6 when Buffy's spiraling. she's also calling him by his last name because he's older than she is at this point.

“I tried to turn everyone against you. And steal your boyfriend.” Buffy sounded miserable. With the slight look of surprise on his face, she could tell he hadn’t known about that part, which only made her feel worse. But she knew she had to talk about it, hence the inviting him to patrol with her.
Blade blinked, then leaned back against a tombstone, crossing his legs. “...Okay,” he stated simply.
She couldn’t believe her ears. “Okay?” she repeated, standing stock still. “No, not okay. Bad Buffy!”
“Oh, right.” He sounded like an adult that had forgotten he was supposed to be an example. “Terrible,” he agreed, voice suspiciously free of condemnation. In fact, surprisingly cheery. Almost with a laugh. “Don’t do it again.”
Sure enough, when she stared at him incredulously, the slightest of smiles lurked on his face, a twinkle in his eye.
“But…”
This time he chuckled. “What, you wanted me to be angry at you?”
She’d...expected him to take it seriously, yeah. She glanced up and forced a hopeful smile. “Maybe a little?”
The amused smile she’d seen on his face a lot made its appearance. “Well, too bad.”
Buffy pouted playfully. “Now I feel guiltier,” she admitted.
He chuckled again, firing off a shot with one of the guns without taking his eyes off her. “All part of my nefarious plan.” He winked.
Buffy couldn’t help the smile that crossed her face. Now she could see why Dawn liked the guy.
